Indecopi, through its dangerous products and services alert system, reported on the withdrawal and destruction of lot No. 202210X of the argan oil and night facial cream, Bacc brand. The measure was taken after the General Directorate of Medicines, Inputs and Drugs (DIGEMID) of the Ministry of Health detected a critical result in quality control.
According to the alert, the product did not exceed the microbial limit test, which represents a risk to consumer health. It is a cosmetic of Chinese origin, manufactured by Jiedong Xuemei Cosmetic Co., Ltd., whose head in Peru is the Commercial Solana Drugstore SAC
The Digemid ordered the immediate withdrawal of the lot with sanitary registration NSOC86076-18co of all points of sale and storage, as well as the destruction of the affected units, as part of their sanitary surveillance work.
Authorities recommend users immediately suspend the use of the product, check if they have units of the indicated lot and report it to the corresponding supplier.
