Inauguration of works at Club 22 de Septiembre

In the Isla Alta company, district of Emboscada, department of Cordillera, the inauguration ceremony of improvements in the infrastructure of the stadium of Club 22 de Setiembre FBC of Isla Alta took place.

These works were carried out by the National Government through the National Sports Secretariat in agreement with the Interior Soccer Union and the support of the APF, following the policy of the Robert Harrison administration, in which soccer must make a presence throughout the national territory, with integration as the flag.

The President of the Republic, Mario Abdo Benitez attended the event along with other authorities, such as the SND Minister, Diego Galeano; the Minister of Education and Sciences, Nicolas Zárate; the interim minister of Public Works and Communications, Rodolfo Segovia; the member of the Executive Council of the APF and vice president of the UFI, Enrique Benitez; the head of the UFI, Óscar Ramirez; the president of the Club 22 de Septiembre FBC, Eligio Gómez and other government and sports authorities and special guests.

“This is something to admire, I am extremely happy and proud because the support there is for football is unparalleled. We are working very closely with the development plans of both FIFA and CONMEBOL in everything that is the growth of soccer in the interior, and we are satisfied that progress in all aspects of soccer at the country level is within the platform ”, President Robert Harrison said.
