The Institute for Children and Adolescents of Uruguay (INAU) is currently analyzing whether the daughter of Ahielen Casavieja –found dead in Santiago Vázquez– He will stay with his family, according to what the president of the institution, Pablo Abdala, said this Friday.
“What remains is the attention and support of Ahielén’s daughter, who is serving five months in this days, and that now is our greatest responsibility”expressed the hierarch, in dialogue with Telemundo (channel 12).
Abdullah added that the “best destination” will be sought for the rebinding. “You have to define a strategy that leads to a family reunion,” he insisted.
The teenager entered INAU at the end of November 2021. She had left in February to visit her family. “We were in a process that had just begun. It had been very favorable,” recalled Abdala.
His daughter also received support from the State.
Casavieja, 16, had been missing since February 12 and was found dead in a septic tank in a home in Santiago Vázquez on March 3. There are two men charged by the Justice, and they are being investigated for two crimes.
