The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh)in his morning report, reported that this Monday, July 3, Tropical Wave number 15 will generate cloudiness, some of great vertical development, producing rainfall of variable intensity, electrical activity and gusts of wind, in a large part of the national territory.
This condition interacts with the Intertropical Convergence Zone; reinforced by the divergence of winds in the upper levels of the troposphere, it allows them to favor the rise of warm and humid air masses from the surface.
The rainy activity will be intense and frequent in areas of Zulia, the Andes, Western Plains, Amazonas, Bolívar, Delta Amacuro and Guayana Esequiba.
Finally, the Inameh specifies that, in the Central Region and Capital, which includes the states of Miranda, La Guaira, Aragua, Carabobo and the Capital District will be partly to cloudy in the morning; areas covered in the afternoon and night, with rain or drizzle, especially in mountainous areas and to the east of the state.
