Inameh forecasts little cloudiness in much of the country

According to the report published by the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh) on its Twitter account @INAMEH, little cloudiness is forecast for this Sunday in the country; however, some areas with stratiform clouds are observed in southern Zulia, the Andes, western Barinas, Lara, Yaracuy, Monagas, Sucre, Amazonas, Bolívar and Guayana Esequiba.

Likewise, it was reported that cold air descending from the winds of the upper levels persists, which do not allow the evolution of clouds of great vertical development, generating little cloudiness and a low probability of precipitation over a large part of the country.

However, the northeast trade winds continue to transport moisture towards the coastal strip, causing stratiform clouds accompanied by some scattered drizzle to the east of Falcón, Miranda, Sucre, Monagas, the Insular Region, Delta Amacuro and North of Guayana Esequiba.

Likewise, cloud nuclei with precipitations motivated by local convective effects are expected to the south of Lake Maracaibo, Táchira, Mérida and Amazonas.
