In the same way, in the afternoon hours, clouds of great vertical development are expected, in a good part of the country, with rains or showers, electrical activity and gusts of wind; being more intense and frequent in areas of the Andes, Central West, Central and Western Plains, North Coastal Center, Amazonas and northern Anzoátegui; with accumulated rainfall in Zulia, Táchira, Guárico and Bolívar.
The weather situation is caused by the Tropical wave number 51 moving over northwestern Venezuela, interacting with the Intertropical Convergence Zone; both are reinforced by the Divergent wind pattern in the upper levels of the troposphere.
