The Intertropical Convergence Zone causes cloudiness of medium and wide development with rains or showers, some with electrical activity in areas of Zulia, the Andes, Apure, Amazonas, Bolívar and our Essequibo. This is foreseen by the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh)
Similarly, some cloudy blankets are expected, with rain or drizzle in areas of the North Coastal Center, Northeast, Nueva Esparta and Delta Amacuro, due to the action of the wind on the orography and daytime convection, estimating maximum rainfall between 5-35 l/m².
The rest of the national territory will remain partially cloudy with a low probability of precipitation. Maximum temperatures close to 36° C are forecast in areas of Falcón, Guárico and Anzoátegui after noon. Minimum temperatures in the early morning around 12° C in mountainous areas of Mérida.
In Greater Caracas, fragmented cloudiness is estimated with possible rains or drizzles in the early hours of the morning, especially in mountainous and coastal areas, partially cloudy with low probability of precipitation during the rest of the period.
A strong swell is expected with waves up to 2.0 m high in the Gulf of Venezuela; with waves up to 1.5 m on the western coasts and insular areas; storm surge with waves up to 1.0 m on the Central and Eastern coasts.
