The executive director of National Institute for Comprehensive Early Childhood Care (Inaipi), Besaida Manola Santana de Báez, today visited the parents of the boy who died last Friday in a Early Childhood Comprehensive Care Center (Caipi) in San Francisco de Macoristo whom he guaranteed that responsibilities in the tragedy will be established.
Santana de Báez traveled to San Francisco to offer condolences to Manuel de Castro Tavarez Y Carleni Alvarez Munozparents of the child Michael Emiland assured them that Inaipi is lending all its collaboration to the authorities in charge of the case.

The official reiterated to the parents of the minor that, as soon as the investigations carried out by the Public Ministry and the National Police are concluded, the Inaipi will ensure that the corresponding sanctions are applied to cases like this.
