The INAC mechanism was left without effect just 30 days after it entered into force. Since August 1, users have been required to present this mechanism. The objective was to make an electronic validation of the vaccination scheme that users presented before embarking to Venezuela
The registration and presentation of the Biosafety Travel Pass to enter the country was without effect. This was reported by the National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC) on Wednesday, August 31.
Through your social network account Twitter, specified that the decision seeks to facilitate the protocols for entering the national territory for the care and prevention of covid-19. He explained that from August 31 onwards, the passenger at the time of his check-in at origin must present only his complete vaccination schedule and the PCR test with a negative result. Upon arrival in Venezuela, he should only follow the instructions of the authorities.

The Venezuelan aeronautical authority urged airlines to comply with the biosafety protocols established by health agencies. He stressed that the priority is to avoid a rebound in infections by the disease.
Despite the above, INAC has been making the measures more flexible. The so-called Biosafety Travel Pass barely lasted 30 days. On Wednesday, July 12, I announced the start-up of the system, in order to be able to electronically validate the vaccination schedule that passengers presented before embarking on Venezuela. It came into effect from August 1.
The request for this Biocheck should be made online by clicking this link (https://biocheck.inac.gob.ve) and completing the information requested. You must also send a selfie-type photo showing your passport, identity card or national identity document, along with a vaccination certificate against covid-19.
If the vaccination schedule was not presented, whose last dose must be at least 14 days before traveling, the passenger must attach to that photo the negative result of a PCR test with a maximum validity of 72 hours before traveling to the country.
According to the INAC portal, once the registration was done, the system had to generate a message that would be sent to the passenger’s email to report that the process had been completed. From there, the data sent was analyzed and in a maximum of 72 hours, their “Biosecurity Traveler Pass” was obtained, which would be in PDF format and with a QR code, which must be presented at the airline counter or when asked.
