Four visitors to Villa de Leyva in the department of Boyacá, organized a wild party from the balcony of one of the colonial houses in the historic center of the city.

In the midst of the hubbub, an elderly woman took off her bra and began to “wave” it, exposing her private parts, while a subject took off his shirt and danced with the woman in question.

Opposite, several passers-by recorded the scene, a video that caused a scandal among the people of Boyacá after its disclosure on different social networks.

Authorities are searching for the people who appear in the video to possibly sanction them for their behavior in public.

Meanwhile, the gate Boyacá 7Dayspoints out that the night establishment where the embarrassing act occurred could be fined by the authorities of Villa de Leyva.

According to what was exposed by El Diario de Boyacá, these types of acts are becoming frequent in Villa de Leyva, and complaints from the public have been made present to the authorities but without a forceful response.
