SLP, Mexico.- The Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba announced the creation of the mixed company Parque Acuático SA, to build a facility recreational at the National Aquarium of Cuba, according to reported the Cuban official press.
According to the diary note Cubadebatethe regime’s platform, the park will be “for the enjoyment of the Cuban family and foreign visitors.”
The agreement was signed between the Cuban company Gamma and the Italian company Sabor Cubano SRL, whose objective is the design, construction, administration, marketing and maintenance of a “world-class” water park.
This strategic collaboration was approved under the regulations of Law 118 on Foreign Investment and Decree 325 of the Council of Ministers.
The Minister of Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA), Armando Rodríguez Batista, present at the signing of the agreement, celebrated the initiative.

Other companies have already proposed the idea of building a water park on the Island, surrounded by water but where the crisis with supplyThe liquid affects more than 600,000 people throughout the country.
Last year, the Indian network MGM Muthu Hotels raised the possibility of opening a water park in Cuba, where the company already has more than 7,000 hotel rooms.
The news emerged during the visit of the president of the hotel conglomerate, Nesamani Maran Muthu, who met with the prime minister of the Cuban regime, Manuel Marrero Cruz.
“It was a pleasure to receive Nesamani Maran Muthu, president of the MGM Muthu Hotels hotel chain, which already has more than 7 thousand rooms in Cuba. He informed us of his intention to expand the management of hotels in our country and invest in a water park,” said the senior official in his Twitter account.
According to the president of the Water and Sanitation Business Group, José Antonio Hernández Álvarez, the water crisis affects various provinces in the country, some of which have more than 30,000 customers without service. Among the hardest hit are Pinar del Río, Artemisa, Santiago de Cuba, Granma, Villa Clara, Cienfuegos and Holguín.
