And possibly the questions that should be asked are: what is the concern of the Government, political parties, businessmen and civil society on the issue of global warming?, and what are their agendas to face pollution, biodiversity conservation and other environmental problems?
So far there is no state policy for a permanent campaign from schools and the media to create awareness that global warming will be the catastrophe of the future if corrections are not made to avoid this evil.

Background
In 2009, the United Nations (UN) Assembly created by Resolution 63/278 the International Day of Mother Earth, and designated April 22 as the date for its celebration.
This day had its origin in 1969, at a UNESCO Conference in San Francisco, when peace activist John McConnell proposed a day to honor the Earth and the concept of peace.
It was on March 21, 1970, that this activity was held for the first time, being the first day of spring in the northern hemisphere. McConnell and the Secretary General of the United Nations subsequently sanctioned this Balance of Nature Day with a written and signed proclamation.
Not a month would pass when the United States Senator Gaylord Nelson gave the idea of carrying out an environmental education and promoting harmony with nature at the national level on April 22, 1970, they then renamed the activity as Mother Earth Day.
