The eviction operation that the Police carried out this Tuesday morning in the Kim properties, resulted in the apprehension of 13 people, the same ones who will be prosecuted for illegally invading private property and degrading the Santa Cruz aquifer zone.
The Minister of Government Eduardo del Castillo, indicated that some 200 homes were identified precarious that were built by the subjugators, environments in which machetes, knives, explosives and other objects were found. In addition, he said that a wagon and a ‘torito’ (a three-wheeled vehicle) were seized.
As of around noon, 100 of the 200 precarious houses had been destroyed with the use of heavy machinery.

He explained that, for the operation, they mobilized 565 police officers, 39 trucks, 30 motorcycles, 14 buses and a drone to search the entire area and the operation of the uniformed officers.

The 13 apprehended, all of Bolivian nationality, were presented at a press conference, 12 of them are men and one is a woman, and one of them has a criminal record.
The people found in flagrante delicto in the recovered properties were identified as: José Miguel VM (58 years old), Daniel ZG (37 years old), Richard JS (25 years old), who has a background in justice for the crime of homicide and with an eight-year sentence, he is also being investigated for the crime of rape.
The others are: M.arcelino VB (59), Martin M. (29), I sawctor C. (38), Luis SZV (28), Jorge VC (36), Victor MS (42), Ricardo ll.c. (39), Osmar PQ (36), Jesús GE (36) and Mariluz GE (34).
