The individual wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans took one of the cards and immediately unbuckled his belt to lower his pants and wipe his butt with the paper where the photos of the candidates for the presidency of Colombia appear.

“Here I am going to cast my vote for the president of the Republic of Colombia,” said the man before inserting the paper between his buttocks.
In the video that circulates virally on social networks as one of the moles of this electoral day in Colombia, you can hear a person complaining to the citizen for his reprehensible gesture.
As if this were not enough, the voter approached the ballot box and deposited the “vote” before the eyes and claims of the voting juries who repudiated this action by the voter.
The jurors of the table tried to prevent him from doing so, but their efforts were in vain since the citizen deposited the card by force.
