During the celebration or prior to the carnival festivities that will be held from February 18 to 21, 2023, any person, group or organization that wishes to carry out an activity in the San Miguelito district must have the authorization of the Board of Carnival of the Municipality of San Miguelito.
This was reported by the mayor of the district Héctor Valdés Carrasquilla, indicating that in order to carry out celebrations or activities they must first have the permits required by law.
These permits must be issued in terms of health and safety by the National Police and the Ministry of Health.
