In Mérida they denounce that "the blackouts returned" of four hours

Inhabitants of the State Mérida demand the publication of a ration plan that allows them to overcome the blackouts: take their forecasts and avoid the year of their appliances


Inhabitants of the State Mérida denounce that since the end of 2024 the electrical ration has begun to affect all sectors of the entity.

And according to some locals such as Alfonso Madrid, they have received information that the level of the dam has dropped and this has affected the electricity supply in the state.

“We know that it exists is failure and that they would do rationing, what we do not know are the schedules and days when the light is going to be going by sector,” he said.

For the administrator, “it is a complete disaster” so that more than one electronic team is already suffering the consequences.

He says that the light leaves until twice a day by sector and certainly lasts four hours in the dark, but the locals do not know how many times a day they will be without the service.
