Willy Nislander Gutierrez Sayago (23) involved in the murder of the mayor of La Mar province (Ayacucho) Wilder Manyavilca Silva (44) and his wife Dunia Katiuschka Bustios Quispe (35), was captured yesterday morning in La Merced – Chanchamayo in the Junín region. This, after the First Preparatory Investigation Court of Vraem – NCPP with resolution No. 02 of last November 17 ordered his detention for a period of five days.

After the attack suffered by the mayor and his wife, and which also injured two municipal workers, the National Police found the white Hilux truck with a bbl-776 license plate that would have been used to transport the hit men, abandoned in Anapati, Pangoa district, Satipo province, Junín region. After the investigations, the owner of the unit was found who said that he rented the vehicle to Willy Nislander Gutierrez, to perform public transport service in the Vraem.

The verification of the GPS system of the unit in question would have verified the route that it followed from Ayacucho to Junín. As it is recalled, on November 12, the mayor of La Mar was killed by hitmen near the Las Palmas community – Ayna San Francisco district. The criminals then fled and the mayor and his spouse were taken to the hospital where they only certified his death. Fredy Raúl Navarro Enrriquez (34) and Rolando Guillen Flores (45) were also injured.
