The Public Consultation carried out by the National Assembly of the Law of Agricultural Workers and Workers, began in the state of Carabobo. Of said regulations, its objective of making this labor sector visible and regulating its participation in the agricultural, vegetable and animal husbandry areas stands out, this in favor of justice and the social work process.

It is worth noting that to date the regulatory proposal has 18 articles and it is expected that the public consultation will last for at least two months throughout the national territory, with special emphasis on agricultural areas where the legal instrument would have a direct impact.

The consultation intends to collect recommendations that the people consider contributing, which will be included in the next debate to finally proceed to their approval.

«We are making the word a fact, under the guidelines of the president of the National Assembly (AN), deputy Jorge Rodríguez (PSUV / Dtto. Capital). That is why we are deployed in the territories, enriching and making visible the reality of the agricultural sector and of the workers, so that they have the equality that the law and the Constitution enshrine,” Bolívar said, quoted by the Parliament website.

Among the deputies who participated in that first debate that was held in the town of that entity in the center of the country, was Jesús Santander, representative for Carabobo elected by the Podemos party; Members of the agricultural sector of the Montalbán municipality also participated, and all collaborated in the review of aspects of this modality of work.

Jeniffer Guevara, representative of the peasants of the Carabobo parish of Canuabo, was pleased with the proposal for the Agricultural Workers Law, arguing that she and her colleagues were invisible for a long time.

Guevara thanked the entire National Government, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, and the AN deputies for drafting this Law.

Bolívar pointed out, according to the Legislative website, the importance that all the people of Venezuela know the benefits of the laws approved by Parliament and stressed that in Venezuela there is only one legitimately elected Parliament, which represents participatory democracy and protagonist of the nation.
