During a press conference in Congress, he said that they estimate that by the end of 2024, Congress will approve the creation of this portfolio, with which the Executive will immediately begin with the implementation of the regulatory aspects.
He also said that it will not cost “one extra cent” to the budget, since it will take into account the amount allocated to the entities that will be part of this portfolio.
“We are not going to create more bureaucracy, we are going to rationalize the existing one taking into account only the needs. We are not going to need large support bodies,” Adrianzén stressed.
In this regard, he pointed out that the products offered by the mining and agricultural export sectors require a new road, infrastructure, highways, among others, which is why he pointed out that it is necessary for this portfolio to move forward.
“If we are thinking that we are going to grow 4% now, that next year we are going to improve and the following year we will improve even more, we have to think about that Peru of the future that needs new infrastructure,” he added.
