The regional coordinator of the Independent Active Neighbors (VIA) movement, Rombertty Alvarado, had his custodial measure ratified during the presentation hearing held online on the night of Wednesday, November 27.
Close friends and family are still unaware of the crime they accuse him of, they only know that the hearing was held with a judge, prosecutor and public defender of Caracas, and that at any time he will be transferred to the country’s capital.
The case is apparently being handled by the court that processes terrorism matters, however, this has not been confirmed.

They said they were worried about his health.since the 63-year-old leader suffers from recurrent hypertensive crises and irritable bowel syndrome, they allege that he requires compliance not only with his treatments, but also with continuous medical check-ups.
Alvarado was detained on Thursday, November 21, by the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (Sebin) in San Felipe, supposedly for interrogation, apparently, in the case of a cell phone, but they were later informed that he was in an investigation process, without more details, relatives said.
On several occasions, those close to him have denounced that there is a lot of secrecy surrounding the case, and also that they did not allow him access to private defense.
