Without Neymar, who is in the process of recovering from an injury to his left ankle, the highlight of the match was forward Raphinha, author of a goal and of the main plays of the Brazilian team.
With Brazil already qualified for the World Cup, Tite had peace of mind to carry out some tests against the Paraguayans. Compared to the team that drew 1-1 with Ecuador last Thursday (27), in the Ecuadorian capital Quito, the coach made six changes.
However, even with so many changes, Brazil started very well, with Raphinha overcoming goalkeeper Antony Silva with less than two minutes of ball rolling. However, the striker ended up touching the ball with his hand in the throw and the goal was disallowed by the referee with the help of VAR (video referee).
Brazil continued to command the match and had another opportunity to open the scoring with Raphinha in the 16th minute, when Matheus Cunha launched Vinícius Júnior, who advanced down the left wing and crossed low to shirt 19, who ended up missing the shot.
However, in the 27th minute Raphinha was finally able to celebrate a goal. The Leeds United (England) player received a long throw from Marquinhos at the edge of the area, advanced, got rid of an opponent with a beautiful dribble and hit hard to open the scoring. This was the player’s third goal in seven games for the national team.

Rapinha’s fourth goal for Brazil almost came at the beginning of the final stage, when the forward hit the post with a first-time shot after a cross by Vinícius Júnior.
Thus, Brazil only managed to increase the score in the 16th minute, in a move that started again with Marquinhos. The defender found Philippe Coutinho, who hit from the right, from the edge of the area, to put a curve on the ball and score a goal.

At the end of the match, at 40 minutes, the Brazilian team reached the third and fourth goals. The first came with a left-handed submission by Antony, who entered during the final stage. The score was closed by Rodrygo, who scored after a good collective play. With the victory, Brazil maintains the lead in the Qualifiers, now with 39 points.
