Despite the defeat of the Brazilian team in the quarterfinals, last week, in the game against Croatia, Pelé says he is confident that Brazil will get its sixth world title soon. “Speaking of dreams, don’t think that our athletes’ dreams are over. I know they still dream of the sixth star, just as I dreamed of it when I was a boy. Our conquest was only postponed”, emphasized the king of football.

Pelé also left a strong message for the national team, the coaching staff and the Brazilian population. “To my fellow athletes and the technical staff of the national team, I leave my admiration, solidarity and love. To all Brazilians, I wish that the union and love that unites us in sport transcends for a lifetime. The dream belongs to all of us. Love, love and love”, ends the letter.
