Don’t be surprised if when you send for a birth registration they tell you [sic] that you were not born”, mentioned Letha, the user who published the video in question.
In the video, which lasts 11 seconds and already exceeds 2,000 views, a voice is heard that is presumed to be that of the applicant, who says: “What a coincidence that 396 disappears,” referring to his birth registration data.
“Look at the books of the Civil Registry of Centro Habana, so no nationality process can be carried out, since the certifications do not appear due to the deterioration they have. The situation is serious”, commented @ Yesdasy4, a user who shared the video.

The publication becomes more important because it coincides with the approval in Spain of the call “Grandchildren Law”, which benefits thousands of Cubans who could opt for the nationality of that European country.
