During the press conference led by the President of the Republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, at the National Palace, the general director of the IMSS indicated that IMSS-Well-being will begin operations on October 1 in Baja California Sur and Sonora, while on the 15th it will start in Campeche and Sinaloa.
He explained that yesterday in Baja California Sur the work teams of supply and conservation personnel were deployed, which will allow them to have what is necessary for the start date. In Sonora, the last activities are carried out for the start-up.
Zoé Robledo explained that in Campeche all personnel were trained and there is essential information for supply, especially the average monthly consumption of medicines for the First and Second Level of care units, that is, the indicator to program the demand and increase the level of supply.
He said that in Sinaloa work is being done on staff training, determining supply needs, as well as on the rehabilitation of hospitals and Health Centers where there is 70 percent progress, improvement actions in hospitals and clinics for dignity of spaces.

Zoé Robledo indicated that in Oaxaca and Guerrero they are also working in coordination with the governors for the implementation of IMSS-Wellness.
Progress of the Health Plan for Well-being in Nayarit, Tlaxcala and Colima
The general director of Social Security, Zoé Robledo, reported that after the first six months of operation of the IMSS-Wellness Health Plan, in Nayarit this model operates in 13 hospitals, four Medical Specialty Units and 292 Health Centers, with coverage 100 percent of medical specialists, 97 percent of general practitioners and nursing staff; and 100 percent training was achieved.
He specified that in infrastructure and rehabilitation of medical units, the works in Second Level hospitals were completed, while in 219 First Level hospitals, progress is 80 percent.
Zoé Robledo said that in supply a level above 98 percent of filled prescriptions was reached and at the moment 4,330 pieces of medical equipment are in the process of being acquired for 194 million pesos for the First Level, and it has already been presented supply for 15 of 17 games and the ruling is next October 3. For the Second Level, 2,451 pieces are in the process of being acquired for an amount of 475 million pesos.
Regarding Tlaxcala, he said that there is a presence in 100 percent of the units: 10 hospitals and 195 Health Centers. The coverage of specialist physicians reached 95 percent, and of general practitioners and nursing personnel there is a percentage of 87 percent, with 100 percent training in hospitals and First Level health units.
He specified that 157 million pesos have been invested to complete the rehabilitation of 10 hospitals and for 50 First Level units, which are 60 percent complete.
The head of the IMSS commented that the supply is above 92 percent of filled prescriptions; In the process of acquiring 2,855 pieces of equipment for 66 million pesos in the First Level and 1,351 pieces of equipment for the Second Level, for an amount of 229 million pesos.
On the other hand, he said that in Colima there is a presence in 100 percent of the units: five hospitals, a Hemodialysis Center and 132 Health Centers, with 100 percent coverage of specialist doctors, and 74 percent of general practitioners. and Nursing staff.
He added that the infrastructure works and rehabilitation of medical units report an investment of 130 million pesos, for the recovery of five hospitals, and in 64 First Level units there is an advance of 60 percent.
Regarding supply, 95.1 percent of prescriptions are filled, and in terms of equipment, 3,606 pieces of medical equipment are in the process of being acquired.
