Congressman Ilich López Ureña, investigated by the Prosecutor’s Office for the alleged crime of criminal organization, took a photo signing the vacancy motion against President Pedro Castillo. Apparently, he tries to distance himself -although he denies it- from the president with whom he has been related because, according to the Prosecutor’s Office, he and 5 other parliamentarians nicknamed “The Children” heed every order that comes from the government palace.
