IFARHU introduces pilot plan to reduce waiting times for loan approval

José Bravo, Director of Educational Credit at the Institute for the Training and Utilization of Human Resources, reported on the pilot plan that the institution seeks to implement to reduce waiting times for loan approval.

“We could see that there was too much bureaucracy and too many steps in the internal process. When we arrived, we had 163 files that were in the process, and in order to locate them, we had to do it post by post because we had no tracking system,” said Bravo.

IFARHU grants loans of up to $120,000 and repayment is made within 30 years.
