After it was made public, through the media Foco Panama, that the Institute for Training and Use of Human Resources (Ifarhu) granted economic aid for $61,000 to the daughter of deputy Zulay Rodríguez, Ifarhu clarified that this economic benefit It was awarded to Paola Testa Rodríguez for her academic and sports performance.
Through a statement, the institution explained that the young Testa Rodríguez made a request to them after having obtained a sports scholarship, granted by a university in the United States, which covers part of her undergraduate studies; Therefore, after evaluating the family’s economic resources, the Ifarhu decided to grant this aid, which did not even reach 25% of the cost of her career.
