Joshua Moses says that He is innocent of all the crimes for which he was accused. and he sadly remembers that he was detained for four days and eight hours. Sulma Torres, mother of Josué, accuses the police of sowing evidence against his son and of illegally arresting him when he went with his emergency unit to put out the fire registered at the peasants’ headquarters in Irala.

“They force him to grab this device, there is a complete video where you can see how they stop him, hit him, reduce him and throw gas in his face. Look what kind of police and authorities we have, where else are we going to turn if they are supposed to give us security. So who are we going to ask for protection?” exclaimed the woman.

In the video recorded by the journalist Carlos Alberto, it can be seen that Josué Moisés Arias (dressed in a light blue shirt and green shorts) he is captured and beaten by four policemen. Then a fifth cash comes with a Molotov cocktail and hands it over to him.

Then the uniformed officers ask the reporter to film the young man. because he was supposedly carrying the explosive. However, the press worker confronts them saying that everything was filmed and that he had seen that the device was being implanted.

“What are you recording, if you are not seeing what this has (Molotov). If you don’t have it (the bomb), then what do you have?” a member of the Police Operations Tactical Unit (UTOP) reproaches the journalist, to which he replies: “they are bringing (the bomb) from there. sowed to blame the firefighter)”.
