Idoppril reaffirms commitment to better services

With the launch of the second version of the Citizen Commitment Letter, the Dominican Institute for the Prevention and Protection of Occupational Risks (Idoppril) reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, continuous improvement and the quality of its processes and services.

This was stated by Dr. Fausto López Solís, executive director of Idoppril, when specifying that the Commitment Letter is a document through which this occupational risk insurance entity makes available to the citizen the quality responsibility established for the provision of the service it offers. the institution.

“With the launch of this Commitment Letter, we intend to guide the client citizen and that it contributes to the process of satisfying their needs. In addition, this document will help us to evaluate, at internal levels, the efficiency of satisfaction in relation to the way in which our affiliates are receiving the service offered by Idoppril”, he added.

Describing this initiative of the Ministry of Public Administration as very useful and valuable, López Solís expressed that this instrument strengthens trust between the citizen and the State, which allows interaction between both parties and that affiliates and interested parties can expose their areas of improvement.

He said that through the Commitment Letter the citizen can know the identifying data of Idoppril, its mission, vision, values, regulatory standards, inclusion, quality attributes and commitments, duties of citizens, forms of communication, rectification measures and data contact.
