The Iberostar tourist group has closed the first nine months of 2025 with a positive balance, marked by a 10 % increase in its global sales and an 8 % rise in the average daily rate (ADR). In this context, the company has incorporated Five new hotels to its portfolio, including Iberostar Selection Havanawhich reinforces the presence of the brand in the Cuban capital.
The company, based in Mallorca, plans to reach an investment of 210 million euros at the end of the year, allocated to both new projects and the repositioning of assets.
This solvent growth strategy and selective expansion is reflected in solid results in different regions, referred to EFE.
In Europe and North Africa, the demand for traditional issuing markets such as Germany and Spain has remained stablewhile from the United Kingdom growth has been remarkable, with 20 % more visitors.
