On Wednesday, February 19, at approximately 5:20 pm, two women were victims of a robbery after making a money withdrawal in the Financial Entity Caja Huancayo. The incident occurred at the intersection of Marginal Av. And Av. Villa Rica, near the Juan Velasco bridge, in the district of Perené, when two subjects aboard a linear motorcycle intercepted them and seized money.

The security cameras recorded the moment when Ana Rosa de la Cruz Alarcón (59) and Yaneli Jhovaly Laura de la Cruz (29) walked home. Suddenly, a black motorcycle with yellow stripes stopped next to them. A man, dressed in a blue jacket and black helmet, snatched the wallet’s wallet before escaping quickly.

The National Police of Peru (PNP) implemented the “Cercocio Plan” and found two perceived bullet caps in the place, which suggests that the criminals were armed. The authorities continue to investigate the case to capture those responsible for the robbery.
