Lizarella Valiente, candidate for the Chamber of Senators for the National Republican Association (ANR), aims to reach Congress to give representation to the citizenry, especially mothers concerned about the teaching that is intended to be given to their children in the schools.
“I believe that there must be a real representation that responds and reflects the real need of all citizens. We Paraguayans want a country on equal terms, with rights, with true inclusion.so I assume this commitment and I hope they will accompany me to be a voice in the Senate and watch over our rights”, said Valiente in an interview with the GEN channel.
Asked about the cases of femicide, she pointed out that violence has no gender, by bringing to the table what happened with Fernando Báez Sosa (murdered by a group of rugby players), and deepened that everything starts with the education based on respect for individualities, dialogue and consensus.

“Hopefully the time will come when we don’t talk about cases of fmurder or misandry (I hate men), like the case of the child in Argentina (Lucio Dupuy, murdered by his mother and her girlfriend). Everything begins with education and that was the reason why I decided to assume this candidacy and to be in the Senate that voice of all those mothers who are concerned about the teaching that will be given to their children. My genuine motive is my concern for the education system, it has to be an education based on principles, values and science”, explained the also educational psychologist and teacher.
Lizarella Valiente, who option number 7 of List 1 among the candidates for the Senate of the Colorado Party, considered that education is the way to achieve a healthy environment, in which children can grow up without becoming aggressors or victims
