¨I do not steal, I do not take commission, I do not give appointments to leaders of my party, or friends or family and I do not have a single direct relative of mine in the Dominican State in any position¨, he pointed out.
He also indicated that “we created an observatory of good practices with five universities in the country that is led by INTEC and its rector, there is also the PUCMM, UNIBE, APEC, which carry out the processes and tenders of our institution in the infrastructure part”.

The official stressed that “the Catholic and Adventist Church are also part of this supervision to gain transparency.”
Collado emphasized that with the savings made by the entity they have been able to build new infrastructures.
¨With the savings that we have obtained in terms of payroll, purchases and codes for its implementation that we have had in the expenses of the institution that only in the year 2022 were 3 billion pesos, we are making the infrastructures.
