Hundreds of people participated this Saturday afternoon in the Celestial Caravan for Life, Family and Nation, on the occasion of the Day of the Unborn Child, which was celebrated on March 25.
In the Marchwhich began at the Quisqueya Stadium and ended at the Heroes’ Center in front of the National Congress, was attended by various religious organizations and other entities, which also maintain their position against the three grounds.
According to information provided by the organizers, upon arriving at the fronts of the National Congress, where the project of the Penal Code is discussed, in which it is intended to introduce the interruption of pregnancy with three causes and reason for which pro-life men and women fight there will be a concert.

Concert
It will conclude with a concert singing to the Life, Family and Nation, with Christian groups, both Catholic and Evangelical. In addition there will be presentations by several bishops.
they will be presenting Noe Reyes, Alisber Zapata, Project 67, Corito Chichigua, Lizzy Parra, Lorens Salcedo and La Fusion.
The activity will also have the presence of congressmen, ecclesiastical authorities, civil society organizations, patriotic movements, among others.
It is an activity supported by the Dominican Episcopate Conferencethe Evangelical Community as a whole and by members of the Civil societyare Inclusive RD, Youth with a Mission, Happy Marriage, Brotherhood of Emmaus, Cursillos in Christianity, among others.
The deputy of the municipality of Santo Domingo Norte for the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM), Betty Geronimourged the population in general, to participate in the “Great Celestial Caravan for Life, Family and the Nation” to be held this Saturday.
The route
Starting off from the Quisqueya Stadium, passing through Máximo Gómez avenue equine Paraguay and then corner February 27. On February 27, at the corner of Tiradentes, Jiménez Moya, Núñez de Cáceres, and Luperón. Then, Luperón with Kennedy and Kennedy with Winston Churchill Avenue. The last section of the route goes through the Jiménez Moya to the Center of Heroes.
