Human head arrived at Cerro Patacón in a Green Box company truck

After the head of a man was found in the Cerro Patacón landfill this Friday, December 2, 2022, the company Urbalia SA, the administrator of the sanitary landfill, reported that this part of a body entered at around 8:45 am, in a GREEN BOX company truck with license plate CT9437.

Urbalia revealed that it was the company’s workers who realized that along with the waste there were human remains, for which the report was made to the Police.

They added that in order to carry out the investigations, the prosecutor’s office proceeded to close the front of the disposal, thus they began the pertinent inquiries both to the truck that brought the remains of the victim, and to the workers who saw the unloading.

In addition to this, the entry of people unrelated to the tasks of the landfill was restricted.

It is important to highlight that access to the landfill facilities is only authorized for vehicles previously registered with the operating permit generated by the CLEANING AUTHORITY, with which the company that entered with the remains of the victim counts.
