The expectation to see in action the Bolivian tennis player, Hugo Dellien, it takes time to wait. In the last hours the game has been rescheduled three times from Beniano due to the climate. A constant rain that falls on Melbourne does not allow Dellien to face the Frenchman Enzo Couacaud.
The clash for the first round of the main four was to be played yesterday, but the high temperatures (40 degrees) prevented that the game take place on field 16. The organization rescheduled for this Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. (Bolivian time), but hours later it was postponed to 11:30 p.m. due to the rain; however, the board was moved again and was placed for the early hours of this Wednesday.
So far it is set for 01:15, but the bad weather continues and it is not certain that it will be played at the appointed time, so it would not be strange if it were rescheduled again.
In case of advancing, the Bolivian will face Novak Djokovic. The Serbian defeated Roberto Carballes, who coincidentally is Dellien’s partner in doubles in the first Grand Slam of the year.
For now, only the matches scheduled on the three indoor courts (Rod Laver, Margaret Court and Join Cain) can be played, including that of the first male seed, Rafael Nadal.
