A young university student lived moments of terror after being the victim of an assault inside a Voldie company vehicle, in Huancayo. According to his testimony, during the trip he was attacked by two subjects, the driver and another passenger who was in the back of the unit.

The criminals threatened him with knives and snatched his belongings, including money and a cell phone, and then abandoned him on public roads.
Hours later, the young man returned to the scene and recognized one of the alleged suspects, who was arrested thanks to his complaint and the evidence collected. The detainee admitted his participation in the assault.

However, those affected reported that, despite the evidence presented, they were released. Now the young man receives death threats. His family and friends held a protest in Huancayo’s Constitución Park, demanding justice.
