Infrastructures designed for housing are used in Chilca as private schools, without obtaining the operating license or the Civil Defense certificate. This could be verified in an unexpected operation carried out by the district commune yesterday morning.
It was the Civil Defense Office and the Marketing Department of the District Municipality of Chilca, which carried out the unexpected operation, touring the private schools that operate in this jurisdiction, despite the fact that they do not have proper documentation, most of them offer free vacancies.
“We are making several observations in the premises of these schools and we are evidencing that they do not have the certificate of Technical Safety Inspection (ITSE). There has been evidence of poor electrical connections, rusty doors, glass windows without security sheets.
The majority are houses conditioned to educational institutions and are latent to suffer any type of collapse”, said the person in charge of Civil Defense, César Ramos.
Among the closed educational institutions are Reyna de La Paz, located on Calle Real and Claret del jirón Áncash, in Chilca. Others located in the Humboldt strip, received notifications so that you can lift the observations in a short period of time.
