Hugo Adrián Córdova Delgado (40) was arrested after being accused by his partner Luisa (39) of physical and psychological aggression, in the province of Huancayo. The victim also revealed that the man threatened him with a firearm.

After the complaint, the National Police entered the home of Hugo Adrián Córdova and found a pistol along with nine cartridges inside a closet. The man did not have permission to carry weapons and did not explain its origin, so the weapon was seized.

Hugo Adrián Córdova was detained at the San Agustín de Cajas police station, according to the National Police, he is linked to other complaints, such as attempted rape and a sentence in 2016 for the same crime.
