The Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Dircetur) estimates the arrival of more than 80 thousand tourists between July 24 and 31, attracted by a varied cultural, gastronomic and natural offer.

Among the most anticipated events is the Santiago Wanka, ancestral celebration in honor of the apostle Santiago or Tayta Shanti, as thanks to the fertility of the earth and cattle. This holiday extends until September and summons national and international visitors.
The Fiya Yauris 2025 Expo will also take place, from July 24 to 31, with the presence of farmers, artisans and foreign delegations. To this is added the gastronomic fair “How rich Peru”, from July 24 to 28 in the Zonal Park of Coto Coto, with the best of regional and national cuisine.
