During the intervention, Pizza Hut was fined for marketing supplies such as tortillas, pepperoni and cheese without having the mandatory health registration, an essential document for human consumption. At Burger King, inspectors detected inadequate storage of products, which were not at the correct temperature for conservation.

Meanwhile, at the KFC location, unsanitary conditions were evident on the floors of the food preparation area, a situation that represents a risk of cross contamination. For these offenses, each establishment received a penalty equivalent to 100% of the ITU, that is, S/ 5,350.
The head of the Bromatology Unit, Jesús Vila Retamozo, pointed out that these operations will continue permanently to guarantee the safety of the food offered to the public, even in establishments with a large influx and commercial recognition.
