Huancayo: Family demands justice by young man who was found dead on the Mantaro River

The relatives of Brandon Daymon Tuero Victorio, a 24 -year -old found dead in the Mantaro River, ask for justice after what they consider a murder. The National Police, through Divincri, arrested three suspects in relation to the case.
