Huancayo: During an operation in juice bars, they found a cockroach submerged in a tin can

During a surprise raid on juice bars in the district of Chilca, province of Huancayo, they found serious health deficiencies such as rotting vegetables and a cockroach submerged in a can of preserves.

The stalls that were seized were located in the Los Próceres and La Moderna markets, which served the public in unsanitary conditions. In the first establishment, they confiscated utensils in poor condition, while in the second establishment they found the cockroach.

Of the five stalls that were seized, only two had the proper documentation, the remaining three had serious deficiencies in terms of health, for which reason they were notified and sanctioned by municipal staff for their subsequent closure.
