Near the Carrión Bridge they found the body of a lifeless man who was being dragged by the current of the Shullcas River. Local residents notified the authorities who arrived at the scene to recover him.

This is a man of approximately 40 years old, who was half naked wearing only a dark polo shirt in a supine position in the middle of the Shullcas River. Members of the PNP Emergency unit recovered the body and it was taken to the central morgue for identification.
