Huancayo: 12-year-old boy enters university and is recognized in his district

At just 12 years old, Tayler Steven Gerrard has achieved an unusual milestone: entering the National University of Central Peru to study Mechanical Engineering, standing out as one of the most promising young people in the Sapallanga district.
