A person who had more than ten requisitions for the alleged crime of terrorism, and who is of Huancavelican origin, was arrested by members of the National Police.
This is the carpenter Lucio Pinco Aguilar (57), who was walking on the 43rd block of Avenida Universitaria, in the district of Los Olivos (Lima), who has valid requisitions since 2006, totaling 19 issued on different dates.

During his speech, Pinco Aguilar tried to mislead the police by handing over a false identification, since he initially claimed to be Virgilio Vicente Nuñez Pinco and provided another person’s ID number, so when checking it with the official record the data did not match.
It is worth pointing out that during the personal search carried out by the policemen who proceeded to arrest him, they found no indications or evidence related to the crime for which he has the requisition.

According to reports, the detainee was wanted after being a political commander of Sendero Luminoso in Chosica, now he will have to face proceedings for allegedly directing and executing terrorist attacks at the Lugón factory, at CE Nuestra Señora de la Sabiduría, both between 1992 and 1993 in Ñaña, Chaclacayo.
He is also being investigated for the terrorist attack against police officer SOT3 PNP Ángel Bustamante Valdivia.
The person intervened by the Police has requisitions ordered by the National Criminal Chamber, for the alleged crime of terrorism, which are endorsed in official letters No. 138 of June 17, 2022, by official letter No. 139 of March 26, 2014 , of February 6, 2015, of September 16, 2015, of April 12, 2016.
