According to witnesses, the alleged criminals mobilized in a red Toyota Corolla car with C8H-164 plate. According to the vehicle registration, this unit appears in the name of Michael Quispe Lima, who would apparently belong to the National Police of Peru. This fact has generated greater concern among the population, since they do not rule out that those responsible are active members.

The victims detailed that, when they noticed that they were being recorded, the subjects snatched the cell phone used to register the images, without warning that a relative had already downloaded the material, which was publicly disseminated. The population requires the authorities to identify those responsible and clarify the case, since the constant assaults keep travelers on the route in anxiety.
