Currently, the subject, who is being investigated for this crime, is wanted by the Police because the Castrovirreyna Preparatory Investigation Court declared the Prosecutor’s request founded and ordered six months of this measure for the accused.
PREVENTIVE PRISON IS APPROVED BY THE COURT
Prosecutor José Pinto requested the request for preventive detention against Pedro GPH as a result of the complaint made by the minor’s family, as well as the first steps carried out by the representative of the Public Ministry.
The prosecutor attributes to the subject having had sexual relations with the aggrieved (a 16-year-old teenager) taking advantage of his status as a relative since he was the victim’s great-uncle.
According to the approach of the representative of the Public Ministry, in an environment of trust, the investigated committed the crime five times, between March and the first days of May 2021.

The first times, the subject gave money to the minor after sexual intercourse, however, the last time, the adolescent no longer wanted so, taking advantage of the difference in strength, the investigated ended up abusing the minor.
Apart from this, the minor became pregnant, so the teenager had to tell what happened to her mother, who in turn made the corresponding complaint.
Along with these facts, the prosecutor raised the requirements for pre-trial detention to be approved, thus getting Judge Artemio Oré to approve the measure for the person under investigation who is now a fugitive.

The judge ordered the Police to start the location and capture of the investigated. Likewise, the defense can appeal this result, which was issued by the Court on September 15, 2022.
