In the afternoon, the defendant invites the victim to share a few drinks (whiskey with soda) in his room. Invitation that the aggrieved party accepts.
When night came (after 7:00 p.m.), the young woman decided to leave the room because the curfew had begun.
Given this, the subject prevented her from leaving the room, and, taking advantage of the fact that she was dizzy, he threw her on the bed and tried to take off her clothes; however, the victim resisted at all times. While the accused exercised physical violence to abuse the young woman, the aggrieved woman asked for help.
The screams were heard by a neighbor who knocks on the defendant’s door, to which he leaves. In it, the lady looks at the young woman crying, so she reaches out her hand and manages to get the young woman out of her room, to which the subject reacts with a blow to the female’s nose.
