Huancavelica ignores agreement with Provías and continues with second day of unemployment

For the second consecutive day, Huancavelica complies with a general strike to demand the asphalting of the roads, this struggle measure is given because they do not know the agreement reached yesterday by some leaders, local and national authorities, through a table of dialogue.

The representatives of the institutions reached an agreement, which was established in the act called “Santa Inés”. Despite this, the leaders are unhappy, which is why today they took to the streets for the second day and blocked the roads again.

The leaders who did not participate in the dialogue table called the agreement as betrayal, since they had no participation in decision making. The Huancavelica police region reported that vehicular traffic is restricted at the exit to Pisco, by the blockade of roads.
